My Aunt Chantal recently added some ground space for her veggie patch in Vierzon and has discovered the therapeutic benefit of being outside in all weather every day!
Potato tart "Berrichonne" (Loire Valley)
As a young man in central France, I used to hang around the bakery every day after school.
I was always attracted by this warm tart made of local potatoes, creme fraiche and goats curd to finish.
When on tour with visitors to my home area in France, this is a dish I always do on the first night to welcome the guests. I can tell you the plates are always as clean as you could imagine.

Easter hot cross bun recipe
This week I have been playing with dough in our home kitchen while my children are on holiday.
My daughter keeps asking: "when are we making the Hot cross buns Dad!??"
So we have decided to get going as we had all the simple ingredients on hand.
This recipe has been adapted a little from these ancient dusty books on the shelves and also added a small video of how to knead dough.
Now let's get baking, I mean kneading!!

Easter Rocky Road with 90% Dark Chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
100g 90% dark chocolate
1tbsp of dried blueberries
1 tbsp of dried cranberries
2 tbsp of chopped walnuts
2 tbsp of chopped marshmallows
1 tbsp of unsalted butter
Caramelised mango, fresh cheesecake and meli-melo meringue
